We have a pile of scratched-up returns, trays from the bottom of the stack with dented edges, odd colors due to manufacturing inconsistencies, and prototype colors with no matches. Parts are dusty in most cases or have pollen and debris on them from being stored outside. Your parts are guaranteed to arrive in working condition but are not covered by the normal 5-year warranty. Units come with all normal tools in new condition and bedding materials but no sprinkler tray is included.
